Digital Products

All products sold on this site are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital goods — which can be instantly accessed, downloaded and reproduced — we do not offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been purchased and the download link has been made available to you.

We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions, previews and samples carefully before making a purchase. If you have any questions about a product prior to buying, please contact us and we will be happy to help.

Subscriptions & Memberships

For recurring subscription or membership purchases, you may cancel your subscription at any time from your account area. Cancellation stops future billing immediately, but no refunds or credits are provided for the current billing period or any unused portion of an active subscription.

Free Orders

Orders with a total of $0.00 (for example, when a coupon or promotional code brings the price to zero) are completed instantly and are not eligible for refunds, as no payment has been collected.

Damaged or Defective Files

If a downloaded file is corrupted, incomplete or otherwise defective and cannot be used as intended, please contact us within 14 days of your purchase with details of the issue. We will, at our discretion, provide a replacement file or a suitable resolution.

Duplicate Charges

If you believe you have been charged in error or charged more than once for the same order, please contact us immediately. We will investigate and, where a genuine duplicate or erroneous charge is confirmed, refund the affected amount.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback through your bank or card provider without first contacting us to resolve the issue may result in your account being suspended and your reseller license being revoked. Please reach out to us directly — we are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly.
